"Expensive for what you pay for "

"Exceptional"

The hotel was very clean,and the service exceptional. Ganesh, Ram and Bansi made all my mornings a joy as they served all our needs to an exceptional standard! Location was good from airport. Enjoyed my stay very well:)

The fact that they have done away with being able to charge bar and restaurant bills to the room. Nowhere do they tell you that until you have to pay that it's cash or credit card

"Robbed."

I couldn’t enjoy my stay as I was charged a 7000 rupees “extra adult fee” which both hotels.com and the hotel itself couldn’t understand why I was charged and flamed each other while never refunding the cost. I was robbed. From day one of my stay until today I am still waiting for a response from the hotels.com “specialised team” which will be too late. I have used hotels.com before and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me on any hotel reservation website so I recommend booking with the hotel directly or using booking.com or literally any other site except for hotels.com. Holiday ruined.

"Bad smell and terrible service"

Room had a certain smell. Service was terrible. The gym didn't have any towels to wipe the equipments and there was no hand sanitizer in sight. When asked for towel, it took forever, I had to go down to the reception to get the towel. I had paid for 2 breakfasts since my guest was meeting me at the hotel the next morning but I was told since the guest didn't check in with me last night I would have to pay the full charge for the second breakfast. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory.

During our most recent trip to Mumbai we stayed at VITS for several days. The hotel is great and the staff was courteous and very helpful. great with kids. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely stay there again.
