Unfortunately beach access, breakfast room, sea views and main pool closed for restorations.

Good staff, great room, very comfortable, prime location. But beach access was difficult, beachside pool closed and breakfast was terrible.

Friendly staff very helpful and polite I found the wifi coverage poor but that is pretty normal in areas of Thailand Yes I will stay at this hotel in the future

Old resort but offered all we needed. Pleasant staff.

I did not believe that you would actual ask me about my stay in this rotten place, after spending only 1 hr there and told the staff i am not going to stay in this place i was told i can go somewhere else if i don't like it, witch i did at 10pm. Also my Husband made the booking for me spoke to someone in your Office by the name of Arc to complain and he is a liar don't ever took to this guy. If anyone should read this avoid this place and the most rudest staff i ever encountered, by the way i went to the hotel next door and it was not only cheaper, but also very friendly. I will never book with you again

Stayed in Chaba in March few 4 nights. Stayed on the beach side (highly recommended as lake side is on the other side of the road). The rooms were very nice and very clean. The staff are very friendly. The Breakfast is outstanding. The Location on the beach is perfect. It is a tad expensive compared to other hotels nearby. Also there was a lot of German people "reserving" sunbeds first thing in the morning to very hard to get one of those.

If you want location then this is the place to stay....undoubtedly the best along cheweng beach....I found the staff that looked after me were excellent, there wasn't nothing they wouldn't do for me...my room was clean on a daily basis even thou I asked them not to...( I wanted to give them a day off ) the only real thing I could fault would be the fact that Chaba resort is fairly dated..... Meaning it does need renovating, new shower heads, maybe new furniture, a coat of paint, just things like that, the small things that can make a difference....other than that I enjoyed my fourteen day stay....

Value for money, location, safe, good breakfast, it is tired however i keep staying here. 26th trip to samui, 7th time i have stayed here. I had a problem with a flat battery for the in room safe and i rang them and they fixed it immediately. The water didnt drain in the bathroom and they came and fixed it immediately. i will be back in six months and i will stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here for 14 nights and over all it was a great holiday. The hotel was a perfect location. As you walk out the front your straight on the main strip! At first we weren't very impressed with the hotel, but it got better with time! We spent most of our time at the beach front and the pool staff are mostly in the younger generation and we're very rude and tried to be intimidating towards you as we couldn't speak their language. Apart from that the rest of the other staff were helpful as much as they could be, I just wish at least one of them spoke fluent English to help English customers that visit.
