Chaba Cabana Beach Resort

Older facility. Door to room had 1/2 inch gap but didn’t see any bugs. WiFi so bad we had to go to eat elsewhere to download. Had noisy neighbors which management was aware of drunken schoolboys staying up all night. They did nothing to resolve after many other guests complained over multiple nights. One night they wouldn’t even answer front desk phone when called for 2nd offense at 3am and 3rd offense at 4:30 am.

Good facilities, right on the beach. Just a little too far out of the main town area. Immediate local area is limited for choices.

Location was good and they put on a good breakfast also.

We love this resort, it’s far enough North that you aren’t in the middle of Chaweng but close enough that you can walk beachside to all the restaurants on the main strip. The villas are great near the pool but we really struggled with wifi- It just isn’t up to a standard that we’ve come to expect at a resort. That being said we’ll still stay there again! We’d like to give a special mention to the staff member Jampen who has an infectious smile and an amazing work ethic and always makes our holidays great!

Chana Cabana was a fantastic place to stay. It is on the quiet end of town, but there were tons of great places to eat nearby. The hotel breakfasts were really delicious...lots of options to chose...they even had an omelette station. The hotel has a great pool and you could also go swimming in the sea...which was so refreshing...no rocks or coral...an easy access from the hotel...just about 5 steps away from the pool. The hotel staff was so friendly...they could not do enough for us! I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful beach front but when high tide in no beach. Right on north end of beach calmer water. Nice helpful staff. No elevator. And not a great bed. Pretty hard in the deluxe building. But staff have no control of that super friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel was nice on the beach but the hotel is old. The shower was weak. The wifi is bad connection from inside the room. Overall it was very very average.

If you’re looking for a pool villa that isn’t shut off from the resort this is perfect!!! It’s like a sectioned off area at the main pool that only you and 1 other pool villa use - somewhat like a VIP section at a club. The staff are great, the resort is great, the food is good and we will be staying there again 100% we loved it!

Staff were always accommodating, great facilities and clean resort. Would highly recommend a grand deluxe villa. The breakfast was good, maybe a bit more selection would make it better. Overall great location in Chewang, walking distance along the beach to many restaurants & massage places.

Well hotel, but shampoo, soap, etc., have to be additionally asked.
