I throughly enjoyed my stay, the property was very quiet which allowed for maximum relaxation, the room was clean and spacious with the kitchenette. I would recommend.

Very beautiful area around property. It is on the beach so that was convenient. There is a good size patio overlooking main road in room i got. They washrooms could use a bit of update. Overall very affordable compared to others in area

I.had room 113 next to the parking lot...there was not too much noise from it..plus we had a car so i found it convenient. Bed and pillows comfortable. The room is a solid 3 its not modern or even updated but not to thr point that i wouldn't stay sgain. I stayed 3 nights and i was overall comfortable. The negative was the buildings are delapidated on the facade, the lawn is beautiful but walking around is very ugly ( old paint peeling, dingy looking, it seems there's long stay tenants bc there were units w visable plants, clothes lines, a regular apartment porch) there was no staff member stationed on the beach, the beach in front the property was unkept, sea weed came in ( normal.but you could see other property workers cleaning it up. Raking and picking it up. But it just stayef there all day at ours) i didn't do anything on the property so i dont know what if anything is available..i saw a beach bar over in a corner but i didn't go over My 3 nigjts consisted of a place to sleep and Enjoying the beautiful water. We had to clean up seaweed and debri to lay our mats to sit, i saw like 8 to 10 beach chairs but a few were visibly damaged and the rest were clealy very old and dingy looking. Check in was fine and swift, staff was helpful.and very pleasant. Like i said its a solid 3 my room was good but buildings are very unkept and beach area needs more attention. Price could be a little less based on the lower quality but the location makes it worth it
