Negril Beach Club

This may not be a 4 or 5 star resort.But they sure treat you as though you're at one when you're there. From the greetings from Joan,Nadine and Miss vivant making sure my every need was taken care of. And the star was Sandbox bar&Restaurant. You have to go meet Carlton!! He makes you feel like family!! And the food... you have to try brown stew red snapper and the callalo!! This is NOT the Hilton or the Hyatt but for me it was. Me soon come!

My room was old and needed repairs. No clean towels no customer service after 11 o’clock not even hunger hung up your clothes. Closet door was broken. One room key for two. guest.

Upon check in the ac did not work in the room. Couldn’t get a room on the ground floor due to an injury. Do not book grom them better off calling them directly and booking. I’ve been coming here many years and the other parts that have a different owner will accommodate you much better. It’s just this part booked through this site at THIS Location that do not provide adequate Service and air conditioning.

My stay was average. I use to stay here every year for 15 years. This was my first time back in 10 years. The property has been sold and now has 3 different properties in one. The upkeep could have been better. The staff were friendly and helpful. No activities, the bar was barely open. The restaurant was good, but found out it was owned by another company as well. If you looking to hangout at the beach, it’s the perfect location.

The beach was amazing. The property was in desperate need of repairs. Big gap in door entry. Water pressure was like 3 streams out of the shower head. We stayed 8 nights. I was ready to leave after 1 night.

I booked for garden view and originally was given a room ground level in the parking lot with large trash cans couple doors down and there was no window covering in the bathroom. After complaints of how unacceptable the room was I moved to a much better room the following day. Unfortunately, I will not stay at this facility. However, the staff were really nice and accommodating. If it wasn’t for them I was going to cancel my stay and stay elsewhere.

I have stayed here MANY times in the past and have Always loved it! This time i feel like the management was trying to scam me, telling me they didnt receive payment for the hotel from Expedia when i know it was paid because it already came out of my account. They told me they had no way of communicating with Expedia to find out on there end what eas going on and wanted me to give them my credit card. SCAMS...hopefully the owner looks into the people running the rooms! Everything else was great!
