It’s was not so much the property. It was the dingy, dirty looking, sheet, towel, and pillows cases. Old furniture. And false advertising on website.

I’m just going to say that we’ll be back soon.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent. We loved the beach and ate lunch at the Sand Box cafe just about every day. Very good food and reasonable prices.

I have many good things to say about this property! I recently stayed here for the 5th time. However this time just a few disappointments. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment that could sleep 3 guests. I get the apartment so that for some of my meals I can cook in the kitchenette. I had 1 fork, 1 glass, no wine glasses, 1 plate, no spatula for eggs, no dish clothes. Being that these items have always been there in the past , that's what my expectation was. Also, No shower rug. I asked 5 times and upon my departure they finally showed up with it. That is a safety concern! the 1st few days I couldn't even get a lounge chair on the beach. They should have enough chairs for maximum capacity! They did have chairs available but for those of us that get quite bite up by the sand flea's this is not a good option as your feet rest in the sand and that's where the bites happen. After several days I was told by other guests that if I paid the lifeguard $20.00 he would make certain I had a lounge chair each day. That shouldn't be happening! Now the good stuff!. My room was nicely cleaned every day I requested it. The beach is great, big and cleaned each morning. The bartenders and really all the staff were always nice and did the best they could to meet our needs. I felt the property was safe and they have guards 24/7. I would stay here again, however they should tweek a few things.

The unit is 104. It's clean but old with dark corners to turn as you walk the grounds to get from this Standard Room unit to dining/bar and beach. View/balcony is of the street entrance. No electric outlets in bathroom for hair dryer or flat iron or WaterPik. The unit is not worth more than about $60 per day. The front door is flimsy and unsecured. Looks like it was kicked in at one point-it is on a slant so bottom of the door has a gap between it and the door frame-lets in mosquitos. The door handle is a kitchen cabinet handle, has no weight, and the lock barely latches. It feels VERY unsafe! No instructions on how to use the safe, no iron and ironing board, a few wire hangers in closet. There is a mini fridge but no microwave! The restaurant menu is limited and there is no opportunity for fresh fruits and vegetables of the island to enjoy and not many fish options. Bottled water is scarce. Unit has no phone and so must call front desk/office from your own phone or walk to front desk. Each condo is individually owned so changing to a different unit is impossible. No info provided in the room about Wifi access/password which was EXTREMELY NECESSARY for me. I spent hours trying to find someone that had the Wifi password. Different units have different passwords and service. The room A/C unit is decent and ceiling fan. There are NO beach towels. There are only sheets on the bed-I get cold when sleeping.

great beach, only place with kitchenette, restaurant on property,

staff is very welcoming. grounds are kept clean. beach area groomed. restaurant food is very good. wishing that the bar staff worked more efficiently, yes it is possible to take two beer orders at one time. working efficiently could save the server time and energy. go to the beer cooler once for two orders instead of back and forth.

The beach chairs bar and restaurant could be updated a bit cleaner painted etc.

I like the place, staff was friendly and professional, especially (Nadine) my room was clean and tidy, i look forward to staying there again later this year.
