Great Room, roof top seating, fabulous location, friendly staff

The breakfast operates more like a hostel than a hotel. Not the best for foreigners expecting a 5 star experience. I dont think its a romantic experience, so ignore the name. Otherwise you'll have a great time.

Great location, downtown and close to restaurants and beach.

The room had a sink and shower inside but the toilet was located in the hallway and was shared, which wasn’t clear in the property description.

It was close to the beach so it works out perfectly when I wanted to see the fireworks festival. Overall, the guy helped me bring my heavy luggage up which I appreciate.

The check in process needs improvement. I had to check in at another location, but was not sure where that was. They had a sign in Japanese though, but even with translate, it was hard to undertstand. Tried to call a few times, but communication was unclear. Not sure what happened, but they hang up on me so I was left to figure things out on my own. With all my heavy luggage and having to drag it from the station, it was tiring and very iritating.
