The room was bigger than expected and clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and supportive. There are many good restaurants around, especially the chestnut dessert restaurant.

Sometimes noise came from people leaving the restaurants underneath at night, though it was occasional and not lasting long. There is no lift and may be a bit hard for people with heavy luggage to carry upstairs.
