Excellent hotel, exceptional staff

Most incredible views from this hotel and great service!

Our first time staying in Amalfi and I don’t think we’ll be able to stay anyway else! The views are incredible and the service is even better than that. As soon as you walk in you’re very well taken care of. The restaurant has great food and the bar is fully loaded. The pool shares the amazing views and very unique. The gym was perfect for what we needed also. Views from the bed made it hard to get out of it every morning. We will 100% be back.

The hotel staffs are generally very good and friendly. The hotel set up is very good. One thing that was turning me off is that the smell (raw sewer) of the bathroom. That is more likely result of poor construction. I asked front deck to have maintenance check it out but nothing happen. What happen is that drain clean out placed at wrong place or be not capped which more likely caused the sewer smell keeps coming out.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to the Amalfi Coast. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

Not sure if this hotel has been recently refurbished as many previous reviews make reference to it looking tired & old. It certainly isnt tired or old. Everything looks pretty new to me, just except the grass arwa coming from the pool, but i think that is used as a safety aspect to prevent slipping, so its really not somwthing to complain about. The staff are friendly & helpful, the hotel shuttle service is spot on , the rooms are incredibly clean & ive never known towels so soft. Breakfast was fantastic & served overlooking Amalfi. We stayed in one of the superior rooms to ensure we had a view of Amalfi & the water, & the view did not disappoint. Overall, i wpuld definitely recommend & absolutely would stay here again

The entire staff was attentive and helpful. The service was impeccable, and the accommodation was stellar. I will return and highly recommend.

This is a hotel a little ways outside of Amalfi, but it is amazing - the view, the staff and shuttle are all amazing, we could easily just hang there looking at the beautiful and dramatic shore and water! You can walk up the hill to a couple of great restaurants, and also go on shuttle to Amalfi and grab a boat to places like Capri, Positano, Salerno, etc I loved the location, breakfast is really good, and a beautiful bar and restaurant!

Only complaint was bed was too hard. Otherwise perfection.

Great views, great rooms with in-room jacuzzi, nice big balcony, great staff. Highly recommend this hotel!
