Great central hotel felt very safe as a solo traveller staff very helpful would recommend

It was a very nice hotel but they need to do something about the heating as very warm.

Hotel was clean and in a good location close to bars and restaurants but also quiet area. We stayed half board and the food was good although evening meal did not start till 19.30 which is a bit late for us to eat and we would have preferred to eat at 18.30.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Excellent breakfast. Large rooms. TV didn’t work but didn’t bother reporting it as only there for a few days. Nice to have a shower and a bath. Comfy beds. Room a little tired and could do with touching up in places. The main problem was the noise at night from outside. You could hear the music from across the road which went on until the early hours and people as they came home. I did ask for a high floor in a quiet location but unfortunately got one allocated on 7th floor right opposite the lifts. Overall enjoyable stay and will definitely return

Överlag ett bra hotell, stort fint rum, trevlig personal maten var jättegod Dock kunde baren och drinkarna steppat upp lite och haft mer att välja på.

All good ladi working on the reception not very helpful

no indoor warm pool, unable to swim at winter period, only has a small sofa at the lobby, staff not very help for location transport informatiom.
