Hotel BCL Levante Club & Spa - Adults only

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. It was my husband's birthday whilst there and he was given a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over a 5 year period and found this time the rooms/bathrooms and hallway carpets are beginning to look a little tired. Obviously this didn't spoil our fun.

I’m sorry,it is not 4 star hotel we found rubbish in bedroom bin when checked in ,toilet was dirty ,we noticed some hair in fridge yellow food stains not happy what we paid for ,after complaint they give us different room but there is same problem fridge was dirty ,dust and tissue under bed ,food was ok overall it was not good experience

Would definitely stay again. Large rooms and couldn’t fault a thing.

Really nice and clean hotel not far from shops bars and restaurants

This hotel is less than 15 minutes walk to the Levante beach and shopping areas. There are restaurants and bars across the road as well as McDonald’s. The hotel bedroom was great, very spacious, comfortable, spotless clean and large bathroom and balcony. The restaurant was ok but food was not very warm or great selection. The drinks were good quality but very few cocktails on the all inclusive board. The pools are great but cold . The entertainment is not great . The hotel staff were lovely apart from two staff on reception that we found abrupt and unhelpful eg. We asked about a bus to the airport and were told there is no bus need to get a taxi at 82 euros, there is a bus for 7euro which we got The sun beds are really comfortable especially down by the second pool. There is a bus right outside and taxi rank which is great. The two big hotel bars were not open during our visit so cannot comment on these. Other people complained about the lifts being slow but we had no problem with them at all. Towels are 10 euro deposit per towel and 1 euro for the laundry of the towel. The bottles of water in the room fridge was really appreciated and toiletries were excellent. This was a good enough hotel but could be better

Great hotel. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the pubs surrounding the hotel Got extremely noisy late at night. Not for me
