Fue bien, solo que al llegar no me veían registrado, pero luego encontraron y solucionaron el detalle.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel.

Friendly staff but sometimes problems in communicating in english. Good breakfast in beautiful restaurant area. Nice bar, gym and pool area.

This place is the nastiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We booked 3 nights in a double room and did not closely inspect both beds before going to sleep the first night. When we woke up the next morning, we saw multiple blood stains (see pictures) in one of the beds. We reported this to the hotel and checked out - there was no way we were going to stay in this hotel or room. When we arrived at check-in time, our room was not ready so they suggested we go to the restaurant and have a drink or something. We ended up eating a late lunch giving them another hour to get our room ready and we still had to wait another 30 minutes or so. Apparently the rushed cleaning job meant not changing the bed linens - we now wonder if either bed had fresh sheets. We were provided no refund for the additional nights we booked but did not stay and was given a business card and told to email the corporate office. Email was sent the same day we left early and it has been 5 days and still no response. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU EXPECT A CLEAN HOTEL ROOM!

This was my first time trying out Grand Evenia, and let me just say—I had such a great experience! The staff is top-tier and incredibly pleasant. Their breakfast bar is the perfect blend of European and Spanish flavors. Housekeeping always kept things fresh (if that’s what you prefer), and OMG—the rooftop bar is such a vibe! My only hiccup was not having a microwave in our room, so we couldn’t heat up leftovers. Outside of that, I’ll definitely be back!

Room 403. Nicely decorated modern looking room with 2 double beds, good Air Conditioning. Rain shower in spacious bathroom. Could hear traffic outside. Safe in room. Fridge. Poor housekeeping. Poor standard of cleaning. Breakfast decent. Toilet seat broken and not repaired properly when requested.

La atención es rápida, el hotel es cómodo y tecnológico, es seguro, se siente nuevo y limpio, agradable, el desayuno es pequeño pero con productos de buena calidad y bastante variado y el ambiente del comedor es acogedor. La decoración del hotel es muy agradable. Lo unico que podría mejorar es que el televisor sea smart tv.

All was just great, the best breakfast ever! Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, big tv, modern decoration, great entertainment live music, very convenient location. The only observation is that floor room was not cleaned every day.
