I' like the location

Bed skirting was very dirty. It needed to be washed. I didn't like that the sink was outside the bathroom.

The location is ideal

This is the second stay where another guest was very loud and disruptive all night long. Last time they were outside coughing right in front of my room. This time it was not only coughing but walking around on a squeaky floor for hours. Neither time was I able to get a good nights sleep before a long drive home.

Everything was very clean. Simple accommodations right off the highway. No issues checking in or out. Would stay again if I need a convenient clean hotel right off the highway near Kennebunk
