"Good Value For The Money"

Very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, hot water supply was great, drains were working properly. Convenient location.

Heater wasn't working properly. Amanna wall mounted heat/cool unit on rear wall. Just emitted lukewarm air and made lots of noise. Had to shut it down so I could sleep. Room was a bit cold because of that, but I was able to stay somewhat warm with the blankets and bedspread over me.

"Great location!"

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. Great location!

Some of the people staying there seemed like permanent residents and there was a bit of yelling outside the door and you could hear people walking upstairs accompanied by a creek in the floor. All in all, it was a good stay and served its purpose.

It was only about a 20 min drive to Portland and Kennebunkport. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. The room was ok, looked a little old but still good enough. The advertised breakfast was awful. It was just coffee in a corner with small snacks next to it
