The pool and quite a bit of the hotel was under construction. One elevator or of service. The breakfast was disappointing with many items that you just had to microwave. Maybe if it was fully operational or could be better.

Very friendly staff. Was going through construction while we were there.

Disappointed the pool wasn't open.

We were told when we called a fee of $25 for a small dog. When my husband checked in the lady said $25 for a small dog. Very disappointed. We brought 4 other groups to syay with this hotel. I'm embarrassed about suggesting this hotel. Never again. I've never paid that high of amount for a pet. I will let others know that this hotel lies and the staff was not friendly at all. The lady also informed me the pet fee could be $150 if the room was dirty. Very unprofessionally said to me in a sarcastic voice. We were their for our Mom's funeral. This experience made it more miserable. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Pool was closed, had very disappointed grandkids.

Great room but the reading light over bed head did not work. The room was not made up for the second day of my stay, which was disappointing to me and there was not a door card to request maid service.

Staff was professional and courteous. Even though property is under major renovation, was clean. Rooms are nicely updated.

The Property is under construction. No pool access. The lobby is a small room that is also the breakfast area. Construction noise early in the morning makes sleeping difficult. Dark area at the elevator because of the construction makes it hard to even see the button to call the elevator. The room is nice but has some small issues. And the fire alarm went off while resting in the afternoon.

The website should let guests know their hotel is under renovations.
