"It is FINE - construction and all!"

Under construction yes, but horrible? No. First, I'm in the travel industry, so I have stayed at much worse properties. I am also realistic about hotel operations. The lobby area is completely closed off and they have set up an alternate entrance through a conference room. The breakfast area is also in this area. However, it is FINE. This property is under the Springhill flag, not JW. They have a low nightly rate and the renovated rooms are great. They are completely remodeled with vinyl floors - no carpet, the furniture is new, and even the baseboards and carpet in the hallways are new. So if you can deal with not having an actual lobby this hotel is a good option.

"Worse service EVER "

This place is awful. We booked the room not knowing their pool/hot tub was under construction. They graciously offered to cancel our booking so we could stay at the Marriott close by, where their pool was open (we have kids). They never canceled our stay and when we asked them about it, they said there isn’t anything they can do. Was met with great hostility from Candace, who wouldn’t even get us to the manager, as she clearly isn’t a manager with her lack of people skills. But she was absolutely no help. We are having to dispute the credit card charge, since we didn’t stay there and they didnt cancel our stay like we asked. Candace is the absolute worst and not sure how she is employable. Marriott use to be our hotel of choice, but no longer will be. #TeamHilton #CandaceSucks

my room looked renovated, it was clean and comfortable and large. The breakfast was really good. They were doing a bit of construction which made a little bit harder to get to the breakfast area, but I’m sure it’s all gonna be very nice when completely done. Will be back

"Stay at Springhill Suites"

It was great. The suite was big with a separate sitting area with a couch. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was quite noisy so we didn't use it much.

"Excellent"

What I did not like was why we had to pay for parking. I don’t understand why. It was a pretty broken up parking lot and no security so why would you have to pay for it
