Springhill Suites By Marriott Denver Westminster

As of July 1, 2024 this hotel is under RENOVATION yet still open to guests. Do NOT stay here until you confirm renovations are 100% complete. Be prepared for loud jackhammering beginning at 8am, the smell of chemicals/paint fumes, sinks not draining, phone/tv not fully connected and construction workers coming in and out of the hotel elevator constantly. Once renovation is complete, rooms will be nice and new (still with loud AC unit that can't reach a comfy temp).

If I could give negative stars for this location I would. I am a Titanium member of Marriott, and stay at Marriott many times a month. This location is gross, but far worse is the absolute rude customer service. I stayed there a few weeks ago. Hotel was gross and under remodel. Front desk was rude when I first approached desk, then clearly seeing how gross the elevator was, I asked about the remodel and she argued with me saying it was posted on Marriott site that it was under construction. I checked app and website and confirmed there was not anything missed about it being under remodel. I would have never booked this hotel had it been posted. Elevator smelled with chemicals and like sheetrock, and window shade and bathtub were disgusting with rust and very gross stains throughout. Further, I never received the bonus points or the loyalty scratch off card they gave me as a Bonvoy member and turned in with my bonvoy number written on it, so I called in two weeks later and a kind gentleman told me points would be posted that night. They still have not been. I called in tonight and Kayla was extremely rude, even started yelling at me, and then hung up. When I called back to ask for manager, I was told their manager quit and they have no managers. I do not take letting people go lightly but if I ever heard someone who reported to me be so blatantly rude to customers I would terminate them that day. I will never stay at this hotel ever! The hotel will likely be nice after the remodel but the very rude customer service is completely unacceptable.

When we arrived, the room I reserved was not available, there was no other option but I had to pay more, the hotel conditions were terrible, I had to change 3 rooms because of the smell, the breakfast was not that bad, the kitchen staff was very friendly. front desk staff not bad but some should be more presentable, I definitely do not recommend it or return there

Construction going on. Looks like they serve the same food every morning, also was charged multiple time on my card for 3 different rooms for a total of $1750.00

Lovely staff!! Beds are kinda hard, but overall hotel is nice couldn’t sleep in though renovations started at 10 and it was LOUD!!!!

Do not stay here anytime soon! Costruction is so loud during the day! Literally a jackhammer on 6th floor! When you complain, the Manger Kelsie is not very sympathetic. Only offered to change rooms after myself and others complained about the noise. Drywall in elevator walls etc. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Won't stay here ever again. No mentioning of under construction or anything. (Misleading).

Such a nice place and staff

We did not get what we booked. Construction noise was there. The corridor was uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

No front counter assistance, no hot water, unclean/uncomfortable room, poor facilities
