Su ubicación. Era excepcional. Y la cama súper cómoda. Además que tuviera una pequeña cocina ayudaba mucho.

Que quizá aunque es moderno se veía poco cuidado. Le faltaba un poquito de cariño. Se veía que se había reformado hace poco pero que no se mantenía lo suficiente.
