That the building itself and the location are very nice and have great potential.  The bed was really comfortable and the room really big. The kitchen had everything I needed.

ROOM: The sink in my bathroom was not draining at all, making it unusable. Housekeeping entered the bathroom,but did not notice this issue. There were multiple stains on the walls (possibly mold). The room shows many signs of wear and damage (scratches, marks, general lack of maintenance).. My door of the room didn't properly close, which makes the room not really safe. COMMON AREAS / TERRACE: The rooftop terrace is very dirty and clearly not maintained. There was trash everywhere (e.g. cans, food packaging, plastic waste). One pool has just a little bit of water, the other is closed and contains visible dirt and trash. NOISE: There has been on going drilling noise in the building during the two days I was there. It was impossible to rest.. SECURITY / SAFETY: It seems that people who are not guests can easily come to that building. The access code from the main door from the building seems to be known by outsiders. Everytime when I came to the rooftop,there where morrocean or spanish local teenagers there. I'm sure they were no guests,because it's an ADULTS ONLY "hotel". I was feeling there not really comfortable or safe. I was writing all this things to the "hotel" after 1 day. But till now,there came no reaction.

We recently stayed at Vacanzy Boutique Hotel in Corralejo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not up to standard. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and throughout our stay, housekeeping was minimal at best. The bed was made and the floor was hoovered, but the bathroom was not cleaned even once during the entire week, which is simply unacceptable. There was also a persistent damp, closed, and slightly dirty smell in the room. Something as basic as an air freshener would have made a difference. The balcony was another letdown. While it could have been a nice feature, it was completely unusable—there was no table, no chairs, nothing to actually sit on or enjoy the space. Maintenance across the property was clearly lacking. There was visible water damage on doors and walls, to the point where closing the bathroom door was difficult. Several light switches were broken or literally falling off the wall, which added to the overall feeling of neglect. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi, which are advertised as highlights, were in very poor condition and essentially unusable. The area was dirty, tiles were loose underfoot, and the shower was unstable and even pulling out of the floor—not to mention it wasn’t high enough for an average-height adult. The common “chillout” areas between rooms were also neglected and not usable, which was disappointing as they could have added to the overall experience. While we understand that traveling at the end of March may be considered off-season, this does not justify the lack of maintenance and the very limited cleaning. The only positives were that the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel suited our needs perfectly. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

All in all condition of the location, mold in the bathroom, fridge was very fragile, sink was not draining, ac was not working, room directly located next to a recycling station and you can hear everything through the windows; advertised as an adults only hotel but during evenings I’ve encountered young boy who were loud and acted weird when they saw us; the jacuzzis on the roof weren’t that in a good shape anymore, therefore we decided not to use them

La posizione e la pulizia!! La casa era completamente pulitissima e molto molto moderna e bella.

La jacuzzi non apre veramente alle 9. Sabato ha aperto alle 10 mentre domenica alle 10 e mezza non era ancora aperta e ho deciso di andare via quindi effettivamente non so neanche quando l’hanno aperta. Tra l’altro l’acqua era fredda e dopo due ore l’acqua si abbassava quindi il servizio della jacuzzi letteralmente non c’era. C’erano le blatte e alcuni moscerini. E c’erano i gechi o dei rumori strani che si sentivano ogni 3 minuti, metteva ansia nel dormire. Non c’è il sapone. Per tutto il resto va tutto bene.
