Location and cleanliness

Beds were way too firm. Room right next to elevator was annoyingly noisy.

Great amenities, clean, nice pool.

No free breakfast.

We stayed for a week visiting family and a wedding We had a room overlooking the fire pit and conference centre . Room was clean and nice enough. Pool was inside but you could take a chair outside to sit in the sun . There is a seating area to the left of the hotel for families as no under 21 are allowed though the bar and you can’t take your own drinks to sit at the fire pit . I always get a printed bill when I leave as it was wrong . 2 food and beverage credits were missing and $43.30 was added to our bill for a meal that we didn’t have in the restaurant . . The hotel receptionist had to get all the receipts for that night and go through them . She had no idea why it was added to our room as it had already been paid for by the other customer . SO always check . She was very nice and sorted it out but it took time . It is very central , loads of restaurants nearby and you can walk to Roosters next door . The 2 young ladies at breakfast were great . Always asking if we needed anything .

Taylor at the front counter was absolutely fantastic. One of the most helpful hotel front desk attendants we have ever encountered. Josslynn at the restaurant was amazing! She went above and beyond at every level! Idalia was bartending and she was also excellent. Very welcoming and friendly and made great drinks. There were several other staff members that we interacted with whose names I did not catch, but everyone was outstanding. Overall just a really good team that works hard to provide a great guest experience.
