Holiday Inn Express & Suites Douglas by IHG

The Holiday Inn and suites here in Douglas is a great place to stay. Its in a quiet area just outside of town, with loads of parking. The 2 queen bed suite was large and well equipped with all we needed. The beds were comfy and the shower good. Its a good choice to stay here.

I reserved a room with certain specification, that was the reason why I paid more — when I arrived at the hotel I was given a regular room — and I paid almost $100 more in price — and hotel Nor hotel.com helped Thanks anyway.

Excellent front desk staff both at check in and check out. The kitchen area was A-ONE !!! We enjoyed visiting with the young lady that was keeping things going. Great food, hot and cold as needed. She did a fabulous job!

Always a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Douglas, Wyoming. A very convenient stop for us as we travel from Colorado to Montana. We have stayed here a number of times and the accommodations are always clean and the staff has always been very friendly. We met Stacy, Kelli, and Tina as we checked in, had a wonderful breakfast the next morning, and then checked out and hit the road!!! As we make an annual trip to Montana, this hotel is our "go-to" over-nighter as we pass through Douglas.

The front desk staff was great. Room was very comfortable and pillow choices were excellent. Coffee maker was broken, but coffee was available in the lobby.

Clean hotel

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was as comfortable as any bed I've ever slept in. Property is undergoing renovations, and is still very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
