Nice place to stay near airport. Close to eateries and bus stops.

Convenient near the airport with shuttle. Staff is great! Room was dirty and uncomfortable.

Great shuttle service

This location needs a paint job it’s sketchy and scary. No AC in the lobby the continental breakfast was obscure. The van situation the van was disgusting it was so dirty the driver was rude he lied about coming to pick up. Took forever. There was no hair dryer I did not feel safe.

Staff was not a pleasant person. Always seemed like someone urinated in his cereal. Always leering and lurking about. Sad nod instead of a welcome smile. A/C located basically on the ground near the bed, which one side of the bed could benefit from it.

Was the worst place I ever stayed in ask for extra towels took two days to get them and that’s after we asked the second time how did they go to the front desk to get toilet paper as they never checked in the rooms never changed the bedding in the seven days we were there very rude and unfriendly people with the desk witness one morning going to the continental breakfast the manager got in a scuffle with another guest when he opened the refrigerator to get some milk cause there was none and went ballistic it started throwing snack cakes all over the room

Not well maintained

It was a obsolete facility. Breakfast was not good as said "continental". Cereals are kept in the dogfood dispenser. While eating, it was constantly being watched by the owner for every move that made uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel when our flight to Chicago was canceled. Basically, the price is right, the shuttle was very convenient and a real money saver, and our room was just fine -- clean, comfortable, good bed. For our needs, it was a winner.
