Tried over and over to call from airport for shuttle service. No one ever answered and we had to take a cab. Then internet did not work at the hotel. Our room was cramped and the bathroom was very tiny. Old dirty towels were left in the bathroom from the previous guests and my wife found hairs in the sink and in the shower.

"Dirty with ridiculous inaccurate reviews."

This hotel is a step up from a cardboard box under a bridge. This site is loaded with repeated reviews claiming 10 out of 10! It is a dirty motel with old uncomfortable furniture. As soon as I lifted the pillow on my bed, I was treated to a dead fly. How long was it since that room was cleaned? The TV had bad reception. Moved to another room; no bugs that I saw, but another TV with snow on most channels. The breakfast was about 5 slices of bread and a couple cold small hostess cinnamon rolls in plastic, along with 2 funnels of cereal (but no milk present; another guest had to ask for it). The lobby photo is the cleanest part of the hotel. These reviews are not accurate and influenced my decision to stay here. Very disappointed that they are allowed to remain and deceive others.

"What you'd expect for the price "

Decent price considering distance to venue (pavilion at star lake) and price. Unfortunately that venue has nothing closer than 20 min drive. Stayed for one night. The bathroom door is dirty, some sensor (not sure if fire or CO2) kept blinking a bright light throughout the night, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the AC barely worked. Would not recommend for extended stay but did do the job for what we needed. The rest of the room appeared clean.
