"Poor Facilities"

The room is clean and presentable. Although we have to ask for amenities like towels, blankets every time.

Breakfast was very poor. Served in disposable trays that could not contain the freshness. Tea served in cups, and there were no tea pots to keep the tea hot. We have to take breakfast immediately so we can get some what warm breakfast even though we were not ready for it.

"Comfortable transient stay"

The size of the room and living area was very spacious and big. Amenities provided were good. Property location is very close nearby attractions

The AC cooling was very low. Breakfast provided was sub par standard.

"Great. But slowly quality been dipping"

Been here a few times over a few past months. Rooms are decent sized for family of three. Location is pretty Central to Pune with FC Road short distance away.

Evn though it's better than 70% of the hotes around the area. Cleanliness is getting worse as the days go by. This visit there were a few cigarette buds left lying below my bed. Ants were marchong side of the wall. Does give off terrible vibes
