The location was close to my business meeting venue

Found this property on booking.com within walking distance of my conference venue. However, the Treebo chain is absolute pain in backside to deal with. The booking.com page clearly mentioned that “NO PREPAYMENT NEEDED, PAY AT PROPERTY” yet the treebo chain sent me daily emails (via booking.com), WhatsApp messages as well as Phone calls asking for prepayment pending which the booking will be cancelled. When I dialed the property to address this issue, the receptionist directed me to call the Treebo customer service. On dialing customer service, the stone walled me saying that the Treebo policy mandated prepayment to confirm the reservation. I reached back to customer service at booking.com and they assured me that the reservation cannot be cancelled by the property and I do not need to make the pre payment. However, 7 days before my stay I received booking message from property as well as WhatsApp and automated Calls stating that my reservation has been canceled. Once again booking.com assured me that the booking/reservation is active. Finally when I called property a day prior to my arrival to confirm my reservation, I was categorically told by the receptionist that my reservation no. does not reflect in their system and I should resolve the matter with booking.com as they have not forwarded my reservation to the property. However, customer service at booking.com advised me to trust them and informed that they have escalated the matter with Treebo Luxe Suites. Although I was worried I trusted booking.com who assured me that in case the matter wasn’t resolved they booking into an alternate select accommodation close to the venue. Booking.com advised me to visit the property on the day of arrival and to contact them if I am not accommodated. Thank fully try properly yielded to booking.com and contacted me early morning to say that they had received email from booking.call and that room was ready.

Great location! Very clean surroundings! Good locality! Perfect for family and friends both! Easy access to the city and everything is nearby

The place is at the centre of the city, with all basic amenities. The food they are serving is really good. It's sufficiently spacious. Peaceful place. Overall the stay was good.

The housekeeping staff is insufficient at work. Regular cleaning is not done unless one calls them. Basic things like water bottles, tissue paper, door mats and towels should be provided from time to time. Should get a full mattress for a king size bed. I think they can improve such things.

This place has been an absolute delight to live in. Our go to place everytime we visit Pune. One of the best and value for money. No complaints at all. The staff is friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Love it

Breakfast is pretty bad. Zero marks for that. The F&B staff was super rude. Did not offer even a glass of water. Left the breakfast as it is and went outside to eat. Very very very bad experience on food.
