Location was convenient

Bed was hard and very uncomfortable , door didn’t lock but I had the chain across , mouse ran across floor in room whilst I was watching tv .. I had to let it out the door during night .

Quiet location and very clean.

The smoke detector went off at 12.30 am and again at 8 am. On checking out I mentioned it to staff and was told if someone smoked in their room it set them all off. We are non-smokers and staff referenced 2 other room numbers. No apology for disrupted sleep.
