"Could’ve been great… very disappointing!"

The view could have been great, all I saw was the parking lot. The room was smaller than my camper.

The elevator we on its last leg. No documentation on when it’s last inspection happen or that it’s certified. Check in was mostly complaints from customers about their rooms. That’s so before I even got to my room. The walls and edges were cracking from age. I have no idea how long it’s been since the last remodel. Would have never made the reservation if I had known what I was actually getting. The advertising was very deceptive.

The room was amazing once we got in one that didn’t have a parking lot view. The fireplace did not work. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Nice washer and drier. Both bedrooms had bathrooms and an entry to the huge balcony. Bedrooms were nicely separated. It’s nice to be in Tahoe without all the tourists. The rooms and balcony were very private.

Beautiful scenic views all around the property. Great amenities like Gym, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Mini golf, Hot tub, convenience store. Absolutely loved our stay! I wish we had stayed longer.
