Everything the staff was really nice and everything was very clean

WiFi didn’t work, room phone didn’t work

This place was great I cant wait to go back. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. We had a 1 month old and a 5 year old. There was plenty of room for us the bed was big, the couch pulled out, there was a fireplace, the rooms were clean and cozy. There's no air conditioning and it does get fairly warm so just know that but that wasnt an issue for us as it was cold and raining during our trip. The main office where you check in has a little shop with quick things to get, a pool table and ping pong table, a little arcade, a fireplace. Our building had a jacuzzi and pool. Overall we just loved it.

I enjoyed everything with our stay.

We reserved a 2BD/BR Condo in one of the Naegle buildings. We were fortunate to have one of the top-floor units with several spectacular views-view of the snow covered mountains, view of the Nevada cities and mountain range east and frosty forests. The unit is veru spacious, comfortable, and warm. The balcony is massive and a lot of snow piled up on it, allowing the kids to build snowmen and fortresses while we (parents) stayed warm inside. This really was one of the best units we have stayed in part of the RCI or Hilton exchange timeshares. Something to note, the resort is at the very top of a mountain and if you come during winter, be prepared with proper tires, food, and powerbanks. We drove an electric vehicle and there is free charging in the building garage, however the parking space is somewhat limited and some spaces are harder to park into than others. There is also ski equipment storage lockers availble on the same level as the parking garage, very conveniant!

The view is great but that’s about it. The place is a little run down, the hot tub and sauna didn’t work and reception was unhelpful. It’s okay but will definitely not be coming back
