Missing blankets for the kids in the opening sofa and cold room when we arrived, which made my kids freeze. Had to talk to the manager after 3 different representatives totally ignored what I was saying, until only the last one was helpful and got me to talk to Less. The most annoying part if it all, was being told by the manager that too bad I didn't reach out on the night of my arrival (seriously? How exactly??? There was no phone in the room, the very nice security guy didn't leave contact info and I had no way of contacting the hotel)

kitchen is somewhat out of dated. the kitchen faucet in our room is kind of broken (swirling faucet head, no hot watering running out). no one picked up the phone when i tried to report the issue

The location is awesome for easy access to Heavenly. Kitchen was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse.

The hot tub was only lukewarm and looked a bit dirty, it needs maintenance. There was a strange motor noise in our bedroom that seemed to be coming from the ceiling, it sounded all night.

Had a booking for 2 rooms for my family and the accommodation provided was in two separate buildings which needed a 20 minute bus drive. This is during a snow storm and when i had grandparents and children staying with me. Had numerous conversations with Holiday Inn and to no remediation. The booking was for 2 rooms in in the building Crest View and the accommodation provided was in Cascade and Ridge View. Outright cheating and the front desk was absolutely poker faced from get go. No smiles no welcome, and just sorry we dont have any means of accommodating you otherwise. We are booked full. We ended up not using one room and we informed them on DAY 1. They did not even have the decency to refund the money. They pretty much cheated and pointed us to booking.com. Booking.com too just provided a partial 1 day credit which is not at all fair. Definitely expect a full refund and possibly extra for the gross negligence on both their sides. Very poor service overall. Wouldn't recommend at all.
