The property looks nothing like the pictures advertised. The room had stains everywhere (walls, floor, ceiling, beds).There was no toilet seat on the toilet. There were broken and missing tiles in the shower. The security lock for the door was broken. The elevator in the facility was not working

The service was terrible. A non-smoking room was reserved, but they gave us one that smelled very strongly of cigarettes. They told us they would give us one without the smell of smoke the next day, but that never happened.

I like that we were close to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk.

The hotel needs a lot of work inside/outside of each room. They had no towels and wash clothes in our room when we arrived. Their credit machine was not working so we had to inconviently go to an ATM to get cash to pay bill. No iron or iron board in our room. No soap in the shower part of the bathroom and no extra toilet paper. The whole hotel needs major maintenance done.😠

Nothing The room was so nasty dirty. Our sheets were dirty wouldn’t even walk on the floor. The room was no where near the picture. They wouldn’t even let me have an extra blanket
