The rooms are awful. Dirty bed. Broken bathroom. No microwave. Feels like there was no cleaning for 50 years. Never come back here. My mother is disabled but they gave us 3rd floor without elevator👿

El cuarto estaba asqueroso, papel higenico sucio y usado, basura de condones en el suelo, no me van a devolver los 100 de depósito a pesar que la habitación era un ASCO total, literalmente TODO estaba sucio y cuando les pedi cambio de cuarto me negaron la ayuda que "no tenían más habitaciones disponibles" cobraron $304 y por la calidad de todo eso tuvo que costar $50. Cobraron el parqueo aparte The room was disgusting, dirty and used toilet paper, condom trash on the floor, they are not going to return my 100 deposit even though the room was totally DISGUSTING, literally EVERYTHING was dirty and when I asked to change rooms they refused to help me saying "they didn't have any more rooms available" they charged $304 and for the quality of everything it had to cost $50. They charged parking separately

The casino

Tub dirty sheets dirty, soiled, lots of MOLD, WATER ISSUES, apparently.MOLD ON THE PILLOWS. MOLD ON DUST- RUFFLES. This could be a nice hotel. They need to give it a good shampoo. Kill all the mold bleach it well. Get rid of all the flies and the gnats and down give it a good bleach, a bleach cleaner and new mattress and clean sheets. You can tell when the sheets are being used several times, nobody stupid, you could smell a dirt from the last couple, etc
