Gostei da banheira

Não gostei do fato de ter sido cobrado em dólar. Não gostei do fato de não servir nem almoço nem jantar (mesmo se fosse cobrado a parte). O custo beneficio não vale, muito caro e o único diferencial é a banheira. Disseram que teria vista pra cidade mas me deixaram no primeiro andar , a vista era péssima

The staff was great, especially Samyra who took care of my room. She was detail oriented and efficient every day. The in-room mini bar and fridge was well supplied and had variety of snacks. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was fantastic, woth lots of variety and the food was delicious. The wait staff for breakfast were amazing. There were no food options at the hotel after breakfast. Valet parking was easy and affordable. They brought the car within moments of asking for it each time. The hotel should consider selling Brasil t-shirts, they'd sell out, no question.

"Needs renovation ASAP"

I booked a Marriott, paid the rate of a Marriott, but the experience felt closer to staying at a Fairfield. The hotel is in extremely poor condition and urgently needs a full renovation. Until then, it does not make sense to continue operating under the Marriott name or charging the current rates. One of the main reasons I selected this property was the service reputation, based on multiple positive reviews about the team’s attentiveness. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I requested dry cleaning services, and despite calling several times for pick-up, no one came. As I had business meetings scheduled, I ended up having to personally bring the laundry to the front desk. On the following day, I submitted another dry cleaning request, but they misplaced my clothing and could not locate it for several hours. The item was only returned late in the evening, well past the promised delivery time. Another reason I chose this hotel was the availability of a kitchen in the room. However, the room and kitchen conditions were so poor and unhygienic that I did not have the courage to cook or use the kitchen at all. It was also one of the rare occasions where I could not walk barefoot inside the room; I kept my shoes on at all times. The carpet near the bed is extremely old, and it is difficult to trust its cleanliness. The layout included a sofa, as it is a studio-style room, but it was heavily stained and clearly not well-maintained. After changing the bed linens, the housekeeper even placed a visibly dirty pillow from the sofa onto the bed, highlighting the need for better housekeeping training regarding cleanliness standards. The breakfast experience was also disappointing: it was difficult to find clean tables and chairs available, so I had to grab my food to-go several times instead of dining comfortably. One of the reasons I consistently choose Bonvoy hotels is the trust in the overall brand experience. When traveling to Brazil, I usually stay with Hilton, Hyatt, or Bonvoy properties due to my loyalty status. However, even with my status, I regretted not having chosen an independent or local hotel instead this time. After spending a full week at the property, I noticed multiple areas in need of attention, from worn-out furniture to poor general maintenance. Overall, this property is not currently operating at the level expected from a Marriott, and I would not recommend staying here until a major renovation and operational improvements are completed.

"Business extraordinary hotel with great breakfast"

I have stayed at marriott all around the world and many different brands. First time at executive apartments. From a value for the money I would give 10 stars. But the standout was the service. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and no request is too much trouble. Several people are top service people. Sergio is amazing and his attention to detail. Suzy so professional and gets you to not worry. Fabio very thoughtful and excellent follow through. Terriza on last day ensured the check out of all my business team was correct. And management Igor...all fantastic. We are now at the renaissance where Sergio was kind enough to ensure an upgrade here given titanium elite status. In life this experience happens a handful of times. And this was definitely one of them. Obrigado. We will be back!

"Wish I could've stayed longer!"

Marriott Executive Apartments really saved our trip after a flight cancellation! Jackson and Fabio were so lovely and accomodating when we checked in, giving us waters, candies, and great recommendations for the following day. It was a great breakfast (and the 2 bedroom apartment was huge!) and then we stored our bags and walked around the park, which I highly recommend! The only blip in the radar was the price of the taxi to the airport, which the front desk person arranged and said R$2300 and that credit card was okay, but the driver said that was the cash price, and the card price for R$2800. The driver gave me the Marriott quoted price, but I would make sure to confirm and check if using this service. It was too quick a trip to check out the gym and the pool unfortunately. Thank you to the Marriott hotel staff for being so great to us!
