Excellent service by Sergio and reception team. I was able to early checkin. Process smooth. The apartments are great. I keep coming back every year during my business trip. Well recommended for families or if you are in for your business. Well located area.

Good service, good location.

Amazing experience at the Marriott Apartments São Paulo. You really fell at home, with a great breakfast and a nice room with full sized fridge. Sergio, the guest experience expert goes above and beyond to meet the guest's needs, including getting a nice deal for one of the best gyms in São Paulo. All the front desk, security, and room service/cleaning folks are amazing, and huge kudos to the manager Maria Pia as well!

What makes this property so special is its people… Sérgio in guest service team was amazing… he arranged for taxi service to and from airport. He was ready when I arrived and made the checkin process smooth. If you are looking for a home away from home feel this is the place. Breakfast is decent with sufficient options again the team at breakfast was awesome and very attentive. The whole team is led by an amazing GM - Pia and was always making sure the team had their A game. You won’t be disappointed with this property. I saw it was great for families too. Location is great too and part of a residential neighborhood. I found it quite safe.

This was my second time staying here. For longer stays I like having access to a kitchen. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly. Shout out to Sergio for being the absolute best. The only thing I don't recommend is the room service food. It is just better to go to the restaurant.

Very impressed with the overall service and value at this apartment style hotel. The front desk clerk Alanis who assisted me at check in (and who I think may also be a manager) was fantastically pleasant, professional, and helpful. It was my birthday, which she remembered in advance. She ensured I had a best available upgrade as a Bonvoy Ambassador member, and went out of her way to be helpful. The rooms are terribly fancy, but spacious enough, clean, and good for value. The breakfast buffet is very good. Overall, in a very positive experience here. And all of the staff who I encountered were first rate!

As usual, the brand marriott is awsome for its services and fascilities. Allnthe staff was very courteous. Mr. Sergeocarlos jr, front desk halped a lot for my external recreation activities and movements. Cheers for all the Staff. The breakfast was indeed awsome. The fromt desk helped a lot to priortise my extended stay in the middle of over bookings.
