Hilton Vacation Club Crescent on South Beach Miami

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location.

This building was sort of abandoned, with the reception desk operating two buildings away.

Primary issue was billing. Credit I requested to be used was not used

The location is great ! The only thing is the weird policy. We ordered 4 rooms, my friend who travelled parents arrived at 4pm , they was supposed to get 2 rooms. but she could not get it because I registered the name under my name. My flight only can arrive at mid night. I called hotel to explain the situation by saying I can provide all the document by phone/email just to release the 2nd room for my friend. After all the communication, she could not get it and ended up pay for the extra 5th room on the spot.

Staff was friendly

Indicated parking available however there was no parking available and the street is closed for vehicular traffic. Had to park at a car park (additional cost) and walk to the hotel which is very inconvenient

The location and vibe were excellent. Lovely staff and great service all round.

The rooftop was being renovated but thankfully we had access to the other rooftops.
