I loved that. It was very private have and quaint and I really liked the breakfast. It was really good

Toilet paper was a little thin, thin and the towels of little rough other than that it was wonderful

Very nice property in great neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable and the property was quiet. The breakfast was good although lacked choice

There was some dust on common area surfaces but only a minor gripe

That's a wonderful house wonderfully decorated! The rooms are very big and confortable. The house breaths music and art! Breafast was excellent!

Classic old home in the beautiful area of Capitol Hill. And a wonderful dog greeted us!

The location was lovely, quiet, and walkable. We took the Light Link from SeaTac Airport to Capitol Hill stop and walked to the B&B (About 3/10 of a mile). We also walked to Vonteer Park, and The Asian Art Museum, and dinner. Very nice to not have to rent a car.

Unfortunately, our room and the area outside the room smelled of mold. This concerned me as while living in Seatlle area for 20 years I had significant issues to mold sensitivity, and of course had a reaction. The innkeeper Anne loaned us her air filter, which helped but didn't totally mitigate the issue. I ended up being congested with a headache the entire time we were there. We checked out a day early, and problem resolved. Visitors who are sensitive to mold should steer clear of the Garden Room and other lower floor rooms.
