The staff is incredibly wonderful. The resort had the perfect amount of visitors.

Property is beautiful, staff are very pleasant and helpful, food was hit or missed, drinks were a bit sweet at times

We loved the aesthetic of the resort overall but felt the lack of poolside and beach wait service took away from the experience. The pools could stand to be updated. The food was great at all restaurants but did take a long time to be prepared. The spa service was nice and reasonably priced.

The property is very pretty with a variety of options for poolside relaxation or beachfront activities.

Secluded hotel; peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space in the pool areas and at the beach. Restaurants were great (did not make it to the sushi restaurant). Rooms in the French Village are dated and not particularly well maintained. This was my third visit to Jamaica and I also didn't find the staff to be particularly warm/friendly (at least they did not go out of their way to make you feel welcomed).
