So, I have video of bad water damage not repaired and they just rented this room like it was ok. It was not repaired and several other things that don’t justify the cost. And…. Neighbor was unhinged and the police kept coming out at. Light And the manager blamed me.

One small trashcan for rhe while suite. Vents were dirty and furniture at end of its life. Confortable bed though and shower was good.

The front staff was excellent. Love the price point on the 2 bedroom suite we got. Cleanliness was lacking. While we were happy with the clean sheets, comfortable bed and clean towels, the room really needs a deep clean. There was popcorn stuck in the couch, missing drape, broken drawer in bathroom and the walls were dirty in the main area. But wasnt so bad that we felt the need to complain.

Property was excellent for our needs. We have shared info with our friends & I'm sure we'll be back

I booked a two bedroom suit. Upon entering it I noticed it had not been vacuumed. Upon further examination the stove had food stuck to it, the furniture was full of dust, there were wrappers on the floor, one bedroom had a bunch of change on a nightstand and the bathtub had dirty washcloths in it. When I complained to the front desk they immediately took care of me; however, did not have another two bedroom nor did they have a room large enough for my family (4 of us) to stay in together. We were split between two rooms- which is difficult as one of our children has severe medical complexities. Those rooms, while cleaner than the first, also had issues with hair in the bathtub, on the shower curtain, and the kitchen areas needed to be swept. I did not get the lady’s name who helped us at the front desk, but I will add that she was amazing. She was super apologetic about the first room and moved people around so that we could at least be on the same floor. Her customer service was ten stars.

No hot water the second day

It was unfortunate that there was no hot water. We stayed here last year and still had the same problem.

The only thing negative for us was we reserved 3 rooms all with same last name. I sent hotel note to place us together. Their idea was 3 different floor one above the other. On positive side we were able to run up and down the stairs as we were right next to stairs. Place was clean comfortable and close to what we were there for.
