Brilliant location. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets were worn which gave the place a shabby feel to it.

"Aged venue but costs were reasonable for what we got."

Location was great however there was no parking. I parked at Tesco which is very close and used the Your Parking Space app to pay for parking there which was very cheap. Breakfast was buffet style and food tasted good. Room was very aged as was most of the hotel and showed it. Bath had a chip in it, no hot water at the sink and we had a window that rattled due to the weather. Reception lad was very friendly and offered maintenance but as we were only there one night I said it was fine. Very close to everything including the train station and ferries. Next to a Dominos and a Subway for food which was grand.
