No elevator, had to take the stairs with all our belongings for weekend stay. Pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance during our stay, which wasn't available or disclosed during booking.
USEvening staff went above and beyond. We were upset that the pool was down as we had been looking forward to the hot tub, but later that night we received a text that it was up and running again. No one had to do that, but she did and that just changed our whole stay. Awesome customer service!

They dont take the garbage on a daily basis unless you tell them and not much space in room.
