Best Western Plus Durham Hotel & Conference Centre

The bedding was not changed, it smelled too bad, and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom had mould, and the bathtub was not clean. You can see the black stain. Paid too much to see the stain. Never again.

The place needs fixing up, the room smells like smoke, and the beds need to be changed. The bathroom needs much work around the bathtub and the door. It smells worse than a run-down motel

Actually, only the location the staff was not very helpful. The room was not ready towels room missing accessories were missing and the mattress was lumpy like a golf course.

Wasn’t expecting such an approach after 45 years of trap and living in hotels

The staff, the cleanliness, and the convenience of the location being so close to the GO train, are among all the many reasons we return every year!

Cleanliness of the food areas was exceptionally clean, staff were prompt in tending to any mess that needed cleaning up so the next guest experienced a clean eating area.
