I wouldn't call this place a hotel; the facade is deceiving, but everything else is terrible, dirty... the worst place I could have chosen.

The photos didn't match reality; the room was dirty, the bathroom was unusable, and the towels were stained. When I asked for another room, I was told there was no availability. In short, we spent the night without even being able to shower—the bathtub was rusty and clogged, and there were no hand towels, only bath towels, which were dirty anyway.

"Excellent location, Customer Service, and Comfortable Room"

Staff is wonderful, excellent customer service, and I enjoyed the garden so much to bring my service dog! The bed was comfy, it was quiet at night and I enjoyed walking across the street to Whole Foods, restaurants etc. I am happy to return to this hotel again.

Bed was comfortable

Everything I’m not happy I feel I got scammed nothing looks like the same way how it is on the website pictures. Rooms are dirty and stinky ice machine is really dirty is located outside I’m really not happy the hotel need to be remodel or upgrade the pictures on the website so people know what they getting. Prince is not right for the hotel I pay 220 it’s not worth the money price should be 100 no more than that.
