Very awesome, Property Owner was amazing, Rooms were amazing, Very convenient place, 10-15 minute drive/ Uber to Monterey Bay aquarium. You can just walk to the Outlet, literally across the street from you!! Super awesome place and I see that they are still in process of renovation, Super awesome!!! If I ever visit Monterey again I will stay here no doubt about it.!! Eventually they will be done with renovation and that’ll be so cool to see :). Great job on service and hope to see this place flourish to greater heights!!

The room was not well maintained. The door had a gap (draft coming into the room) and needed a weather strip. There was pink mold behind the bathroom door, they didn’t replace the til on the bathtub, the pillows were so flat it was ridiculous! The area outside of my room was not clean and the ice maker outside had so much stuff around it, there is no way anyone would want to get ice from it (gross). When you walk into the office to check-in and out the strong smell of curry was disgusting. If it was a restaurant it would be understandable, but as an office & it should be more professional and not have a smell like that.
