What I liked about the property was that it was right on the lake and it was quiet.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The resort was beautiful and very comfortable.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

The hotel was under renovation and had no lobby, no restaurant, no breakfast. This should’ve definitely been informed to the guests at the time of booking. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew I’d the situation

I can see how this hotel could be very nice once the remodel is done but having stayed there while the restaurant and lobby were closed due to construction I must say this was not great and would’ve been appreciated if we had known early enough to change our reservation. I also have to add that when we arrived in the evening after a long day of traveling the manager ( Charles) watched me struggle with my luggage and did not offer assistance to bring bags inside until someone
