We went as a family for Christmas. Everyone at the resort was so genuine & warm & kind. I felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The location is perfect — you can walk to the main area in town quite easily or the hotel has a free shuttle. And splurge on a lake view room. The scenery is breathtaking!

Just checked in and already so impressed. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is excellent. Highly recommend for a non corporate feel for a place to stay in Tahoe.
