OYO Hotel San Antonio near AT&T Center

Room had roaches coming out of under the bed sheets & covers were stained . Room was in horrible conditions.

Dirty and unsanitary

I’ve stayed in some dingy places but this was the worst. Stood outside for 10 minutes before I was even helped. Got to our room and the first bed was dirty, the second, the comforter was torn everywhere. Bathroom: no toilet paper, no towels, tp holder ripped off wall, burns all along the side of the bathtub, hair in the shower. Then I looked at the on/off switch for the lights and there clearly had been some electrical fire.

Property was near a lot of stores

Bed sheets full of mud , overall 27 cockroaches, broken cabinet doors & the fridge was like if it was hit with bullets . The shower floor was broken

I choose "reserve now and pay later" option weeks ago. When I arrived at 10pm, room was not available and they sold it to someone. Then they charged me for "cancelation" which I never did. And they charged me again. So I paid for two rooms twice, without sleeping there

Place was quiet cozy and comfortable

The towels all stained had hair on them holes and look super old. Bed sheets covers fitted sheets, and pillow cases on both beds had a lot of stains and holes. Had to go out and buy my own towels, but we managed to handle the bed with our blankets and pillows we had brought in on our trip. Also, the inside door latch was not available to protect the door from opening all the way if someone was entering our room like the cleaning lady did twice on us while we were there asleep late afternoon. She knocked twice. My husband would get up to answer the door by the time he got close to the door. The door was fully opened by her. So, with the latch being on the door, the door would open just a slight peak, meaning people were there. We were asleep both times due to early morning tournaments we had that weekend stay when the cleaning lady showed up around 3 pm.

Friendly staff , great location close to all types of stores and restaurants, great price, clean rooms

WiFi kept losing service the bed sheets had stains mircowave didn’t work or the stove
