"Poor OYO - quality "

We did not have a good experience staying at OYO. The only employee that checked us in wasn’t friendly nor professional. We did not see any staff cleaning the rooms at check out. The parking lot wasn’t well lighted. The bed and chair had old stains. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room had an odor. The restroom door and walls had stains. Overall a very poor experience. We stayed the night because we were a large group and stayed together. But OYO’s quality has dropped tremendously. This has been our last time staying in such hotel due the condition and services provided by OYO.

Very disapointed in this hotel.. 2 rooms which were supposed to be ready by 3pm, got there at 5pm!! and the rooms were not ready!!!beds were not made and we had to sit there and wait 20-30 more mins to get them changed and then the "clean sheets" STILL HAD A LOT OF HAIR ON THEM and don't get me started on the the "clean sheets" they had HUGE holes and were literally falling apart we told the lady and she said "oh sorry but they have new ones but we're not allowed to use them! The toilet didn't have a tank lid, no toilet paper or hand towels in the restroom, microwave was not working.... I could write a book of things that were wrong with this hotel STAY AWAY!

There was no breakfast, only positive about this place is that it was quiet

Everything about our restroom was awful!!!! Broken faucet on the sink, towels were disgusting, all stained, even the bedding!!! Will never stay again!!!

"Dirty sheets"

They gave me new set of sheets after we told them of our issues with the sheets.

Not very clean at all , sheets stained didn't look like they were clean before us hairs recent makeup stains and holes on sheets.
