When ever we got there we had to pay $20 extra cause they didn’t have room available they only had the luxury one buy it was horrible no knobs in the jacuzzi

Sheets and furniture had stains, shower curtains were dirty. Couch also had stains and the place didnt smell too good.

i didnt like anything this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at...

the room was freaking dirty restroom was so dirty hairs everywere in the floor i did not get extra covers, towels, pillows the hotel room was gross

Well to begin with it was a nasty room it had no plugins no Outlets that were able to use at all not one Outlet was had electricity the TV didn't work the water faucet did not work let me see what else the staff was rude disrespectful and very very rude

I didn't like the state of the room I didn't like the holes in the blankets I didn't like the the staff's attitude the no Wi-Fi there was absolutely no Wi-fi it was absolutely no TV none of the outlets work so I could not charge my phone my laptop nor anything else all in all it was a nightmare of a trip

"Not family friendly "

Dirty room, mold in areas, broken furniture,broken kitchenette,holes in blankets and sheets smelled like smoke. No pool like it says on the amenities list.
