"A convenient hotel when transiting Vancouver by air."

Convenient location close to the Metro and the hotel airport shuttle were very useful.

The breakfast food selection was lacking in protien on some mornings.

"Montreal to Vancouver"

I was grumpy after long day of travel and then grumpier after needing an ID with address with them not accepting my passport and then attempting not to accept my government Id but I was poor in my response the staff was professional and efficient and room was great thank you and apologies to night desk people

"One late layover before our cruise"

Rooms were comfortable and clean; staff were helpful. Shuttle picked us up at airport even though it was just past the last run since our flight was delayed

We had to put a $250 damage deposit on our credit card- which seems excessive. Since I booked 3 rooms that was $750!!
