I was grumpy after long day of travel and then grumpier after needing an ID with address with them not accepting my passport and then attempting not to accept my government Id but I was poor in my response the staff was professional and efficient and room was great thank you and apologies to night desk people

Calling to arrange pick up from airport was a series of call and be put straight on hold and over an hours wait, even tried to arrange before I arrived to no avail. Payment methods dated and clunky, no option to tap and asked to take out cash for security deposit, from in house machine, when they already have credit card info on file. Terrible sleep due to a loud ringing in the room from fan. Overall, for a short stay, disappointed.

Rooms were comfortable and clean; staff were helpful. Shuttle picked us up at airport even though it was just past the last run since our flight was delayed

We had to put a $250 damage deposit on our credit card- which seems excessive. Since I booked 3 rooms that was $750!!
