Courtyard Chapel Hill

The hotel appeared to be clean, well-appointed and convenient to my destination. The staff at the front desk were professional and welcoming.

My only complaint is that I feel like we are charged for stuff that we shouldn’t be charged for. Parking? Used to be free for rewards members, but apparently that has been discontinued. No free coffee, only Starbucks at the cafe.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Aesthetics from lobby to room very nice We paid a little extra for mobility impaired room and didnt get it. Regular tub. No barrier free shower. No rails in bathroom. Not helpful / Not happy.

During an incredibly difficult time for our family, when the recent floods left us displaced and unsure of what to do next, the staff member Robert at Courtyard Marriott Chapel Hill went above and beyond anything we could have expected. From the moment we arrived, he treated us with compassion, patience, and genuine care. He made sure every single team member—from the front desk to housekeeping and kitchen /bar staff —showed an extraordinary level of kindness. They accommodated our special requests, offered flexible arrangements, and made us feel safe and welcome in a time of great uncertainty. Our children were comforted by their warm attitudes and friendly smiles, which made a huge difference.

Great location for the conference, clean and friendly staff.

Staffs here are nice, the breakfast is delicious, rooms are big and quiet, and staff here are really nice as well.
